This Sample code provide the Pascal Procedure of Base64 Encoder,Decoder,
and Quoted-printable Encoder, Decoder. The procedure can use on both
Turbo
Pascal and Delphi.

The input and output are both files, you can modify the code to suit
your
reqirement.

This Component is compiled by Delphi 2.1. If you want use it on Delphi
1.0,
you just have to copy the mimecode.pas to the directory which you put
your 
extra components in it, then install the mimecode.pas.
